A note before reading

This library is based on Master Shengyuan’s personal experiences and reflections on spiritual practice. They may not apply to everyone’s circumstances. It is important to distinguish everyday life from spiritual practice, and science from metaphysical beliefs. Use your own judgment and read with care. If you have questions, you are welcome to discuss them.

Can the program's drawn cards be treated as my personal fortune now?

Chess pieces or cards drawn on the program cannot directly become your personal fortune now. They concerned questions and conditions of the broader environment at recording. Dates and people have changed. A higher negative influence 'today' then cannot be transferred intact to now, and it is not one destiny chart shared by everyone.

Use the reading as an example of interpretation: why does the same piece give different reminders in different questions and combinations? Some person-related pieces concern human action and fulfilling duties. Others suggest less gossip and more work, constructive communication with supervisors, or thinking before acting.

With an elephant, red horse, and red soldier, I discussed limited environmental influence that day, approaching small incidents lightly with an innocent heart, while observing rules. Changes in food-safety standards were the program's background, not an explanation of today's law. Smiling at small things does not mean ignoring serious safety concerns.

With a black horse, black pawn, and commander, I suggested that day might bring tiredness and reminded listeners about calm, deep breathing, relaxation, and less outside disturbance. 'Tomorrow will be better' was encouragement then, not a permanent prediction that every following day must improve. Separate readings cannot be combined into everyone's everyday fortune.

Effort, appropriate boundaries, and avoiding impulsiveness can be practiced ordinarily. But how much influence existed or which troublesome people needed attention belonged to that reading and will not be identical every day. Listening to supervisors does not require obedience in every circumstance or guarantee safety. Actual risks still need understanding.

Distinguish learning a reminder from predicting what must happen today. If you want to ask about your circumstances, explain your own question and conditions afresh so they can be explored.

Other combinations included red chariot, red soldier, and red commander, discussing good connections and requiring more of oneself; red horse, black pawn, and black elephant, reminding calm rather than emotional reaction; and red elephant, red horse, and black advisor, concerning thought and interpersonal rules. Each had that day's conditions. Fifty points was not a measured risk, and goodwill or rule-following cannot guarantee safety. Learn responses without treating the reading as what you must face now.
