A note before reading

This library is based on Master Shengyuan’s personal experiences and reflections on spiritual practice. They may not apply to everyone’s circumstances. It is important to distinguish everyday life from spiritual practice, and science from metaphysical beliefs. Use your own judgment and read with care. If you have questions, you are welcome to discuss them.

Seeing words and movements does not establish your ability to catch spirits or provide services. Visible actions are only part of the work. Learning, practice, vows, and divine connection behind them are not acquired by copying gestures.

I compare it to frying a chicken cutlet: seeing it placed into oil does not mean prior preparation was absent. Religious work is similar. Copying appearances without understanding may fail to help and instead affect you.

If sincerely wanting to help, learn necessary material clearly first. Willingness to contribute is good, but know your limits. Temporary enthusiasm cannot be treated as readiness for independent problem-solving.
