Starting Spiritual Practice
If sincere sharing still draws little traffic, how can I decide whether to continue?

First ask why you began. Having listeners and support is naturally pleasing, but if traffic alone determines worth, numbers can easily lead the material you originally wanted to share.
I record the Podcast to preserve my learning and insights in cultivation and my understanding of faith and energy. Material remains online. People may not hear it today, but someone facing a problem later may find exactly what they need. To me, that remains meaningful.
This does not mean I am never tired or without inspiration. When busy, I often record after midnight. Fellow practitioners who originally recorded together have their own matters, so I speak alone. At those times, I revisit my original intention and consider what I learned and can share today, rather than only asking why I have not reached the top rankings.
I have also reflected on early media appearances. I tried presenting real events with exaggerated speech and movements, then found that unsuitable for me. Rather than constantly chasing effects others wanted in order to be noticed, I preferred explaining clearly what I truly knew and could do. This was my choice, not a requirement that everyone manage their work identically.
