A note before reading

This library is based on Master Shengyuan’s personal experiences and reflections on spiritual practice. They may not apply to everyone’s circumstances. It is important to distinguish everyday life from spiritual practice, and science from metaphysical beliefs. Use your own judgment and read with care. If you have questions, you are welcome to discuss them.

If someone wants to invest in Sheng Zhen Men, I appreciate their recognition, but cooperation may not be suitable. First consider whether our intended direction can fit with their expected income and management approach.

I previously worked in sales and knew businesspeople. Some saw temples offering lamps and organizing events, thought the work generated considerable income, and proposed investing in Sheng Zhen Men or Fu Mo practitioners. I would ask myself whether I began this work because temples seemed profitable or because I wanted to help. Our direction cannot change simply because someone offers funding.

For example, I may waive fees for clients in genuinely difficult circumstances. If an investor expects revenue from every case, that arrangement may conflict. So we chose to decline at the time. This does not reject someone's good intentions or imply that all businesspeople are bad. It means clarifying what each side wants before deciding whether the partnership fits.

When someone sees our value and wants to contribute, I also regard it as recognition. I can be grateful while still choosing not to cooperate. Preserving why I do this work matters more to me than looking only at the amount of funding available.
