A note before reading

This library is based on Master Shengyuan’s personal experiences and reflections on spiritual practice. They may not apply to everyone’s circumstances. It is important to distinguish everyday life from spiritual practice, and science from metaphysical beliefs. Use your own judgment and read with care. If you have questions, you are welcome to discuss them.

Discipleship and serious attendance alone do not establish qualification. I examine whether interpretations have reference value and whether the work is sincerely intended to help.

I care whether students understand suffering and willingly contribute with care, rather than only seeking benefits. But goodwill still requires personal study and practice. Both intention and interpretive work matter.

Miao Li shared that after practicing over fifty characters, confidence remained low, so she asked whether I thought basic character-divination ability was present. This was her process of seeking confirmation, not automatic passing after an identical count for everyone.

If considering teaching or providing services, ask whether you merely possess a skill or truly aspire to help. I hope students direct abilities toward that intention while continuing learning and accumulating experience.
