A note before reading

This library is based on Master Shengyuan’s personal experiences and reflections on spiritual practice. They may not apply to everyone’s circumstances. It is important to distinguish everyday life from spiritual practice, and science from metaphysical beliefs. Use your own judgment and read with care. Listen

When they sounded, I distinctly felt my head clear and worries and an earlier poor condition become purified. Through my faith experience, this was energetic resonance. Being personally within it differed from hearing descriptions.

Bowing to the Three Pure Ones, some accompanying students and friends and I felt deeply moved, almost tearful. Thinking of vast heaven and earth and tiny humanity, yet feeling divine concern and care, brought profound gratitude.

After that emotion, consider what we can do. Having received divine care, learn compassion and selflessness, care more about nearby people, relate well and share what we can. Gratitude continuing as strength to help brings worship’s benefits into daily life.
