Does Lord Bao communicate with a ghost king before deciding how to help, rather than simply driving him away?

Yes. While receiving a deity through mediumship to provide services, I have sensed Lord Bao communicating with a ghost king. This king led some local unseen beings. Lord Bao hoped he would help beings with the appropriate connection—those willing to practice or accept the Bodhisattva’s deliverance—move to a better place. That occasion involved coordination and asking him to help.

However, I have also discussed beings bullied by a ghost king who needed Lord Bao to redress their grievances. Situations can differ even when the title “ghost king” is the same. We cannot treat them all alike. We first need to understand the situation and what the beings need before knowing how to help.

These are my religious experiences while receiving deities. I also said at the time that without a deity’s arrival, the other party might not be willing to pay attention to us. Invoking divine help for communication and coordination gave us a greater opportunity to assist connected beings. We do not indiscriminately drive away everything we encounter or use the same approach regardless of circumstances.
