These describe forms in religious perception. Sensitive friends sometimes see snake- or insect-like negativity, and I have encountered it in service. It is one possible appearance, not identical form for all negative energy.

An early spirit-communicating friend reported insects leaving someone during purification. I explained this as energy taking form. Long, snake-like energy sensed near the digestive area is understood similarly, not a physical snake in the body.

Dragon Boat Festival customs of clearing five poisons recall those experiences and their faith meaning of removing unfavorable energy. Actual snakes, toads, or spiders must be distinguished from spiritual imagery.

Dao Xuan described different images in work on malicious trouble. A dirty hat prompted a client to mention false labeling. A nest of small snakes suggested long-entangled and growing conflict. These were individual perceptions and interpretations.

We also discussed how shapes relate to personal and surrounding understandings of negativity. The friend’s insects may be collected energy rather than a cockroach or beetle spirit. Appearance and actual nature need separate understanding.
