A note before reading

This library is based on Master Shengyuan’s personal experiences and reflections on spiritual practice. They may not apply to everyone’s circumstances. It is important to distinguish everyday life from spiritual practice, and science from metaphysical beliefs. Use your own judgment and read with care. No. Human hair alone cannot establish the original owner’s presence. Consider source, the owner’s intentions and where and how it is later used.

Religiously, hair once connected with a person. If the owner has died and remains strongly attached, such a condition may occur. But many people know they sold their hair and do not keep directing attachment there. That condition must not be overlooked.

Later users and environments also matter. Even synthetic wigs may gain other energetic connections if surroundings or users have relevant conditions. Distinguishing human and artificial hair cannot explain everything.

Dao Xuan shared a home purification where an unresolved feeling continued until a tenant’s human-hair wig was found in a cupboard. After handling it, the work felt complete. That was a judgment within religious service. Wigs require actual circumstances to be understood, not blanket conclusions.
