A note before reading

This library is based on Master Shengyuan’s personal experiences and reflections on spiritual practice. They may not apply to everyone’s circumstances. It is important to distinguish everyday life from spiritual practice, and science from metaphysical beliefs. Use your own judgment and read with care. If you have questions, you are welcome to discuss them.

First consider present personal and family needs and each ceremony’s purpose. Explain actual conditions to discuss suitable priorities. Every event need not include the whole family.

Health, peace, wealth, and relationships involve differing wishes, with ceremonies aligned to divine virtue. A practitioner suggested elders for health and primary earners for wealth. Priorities therefore invite different advice.

Do personal responsibilities seriously first, then seek additional divine help within resources. Learn why the event exists, what it includes, and how it proceeds so your prayer becomes clear.

I encourage blessings and merit while considering finances. Individual conditions and blessings differ, making one participation standard difficult. Arrange according to present need and affordability.
