Why does Sheng Zhen Men usually conduct divination before discussing divine assistance?

When helping clients understand and address matters, we usually first use chess divination to clarify the present situation, then discuss adjustments and divine assistance. This describes our service method. It does not require everyone to obtain a reading before ordinary worship.

I am human too, not someone who knows everything before a client speaks. Through chess divination, we ask the Bodhisattva and deities for direction. Understanding where things are stuck helps identify the next step instead of assuming every difficulty has the same cause.

For someone seeking wealth, we first explore whether other obstacles need facing. Within our faith understanding, fewer obstacles may make assistance easier. But readings and worship do not guarantee success. Discussing this, I explicitly said divination cannot be one hundred percent accurate for everyone.

After prayer, our actions also need cooperation. Hoping for better fortune while spending recklessly still leaves things to adjust. Clarifying the problem helps us know how to ask and act, not replace personal responsibility with divination.

I have also shared different perceptions when receiving Lord Bao during services, understanding what was being communicated then. That personal experience of receiving a deity differs from my ordinary rational understanding and asking through divination. One statement cannot be extracted to portray me as ordinarily all-knowing.
