I began considering a career change because I felt increasingly powerless in public relations and events work. I already knew Chinese chess divination and had received a direction of benefiting living beings in my own reading. But turning it into work still brought worries: could the business survive, and how should I take the first step? Everything was not certain from the beginning.

During that period, the words of three teachers left a deep impression. I met the first while accompanying a friend to seek spiritual advice. Instead, that teacher initiated a long conversation with me, saying I had a connection with the Bodhisattva and could begin helping people. The second also mentioned my connection with Thousand-Armed Guanyin. Later, Brother Shun interpreted written characters for me and likewise encouraged a direction of benefiting living beings. As their guidance resembled my own divination, I gradually felt this path deserved serious consideration.

However, I did not wait until all three had spoken before taking action. After the first two said the time had come, I was already thinking of finding premises and establishing a Chinese chess divination studio. The later guidance clarified the direction further. Others can give advice, but whether to listen and act remains our own decision.

Many people helped make the beginning possible. My aunt provided funding and introduced premises; relatives and friends contributed money or donated tables and chairs. This made our first shop possible. I had already been doing readings for friends. After opening formally, I told them they could visit if needed, and gradually reached more clients through their referrals.

The first premises were a small ground-floor shop of ten ping in a traditional market. To save money, I lived in the shop for a period and slept on a treatment bed. Given my build, I had to turn over carefully or I would fall off. That was genuinely how I gradually got through life then.

Looking back, I thank the deities and have always been grateful for support from relatives, friends, and clients. Besides faith, this path involved the practical processes of establishing premises, finding clients, and sustaining daily life. Many people contributed to it.

Nor did I acquire the identities of diviner, demon-subduing practitioner, spiritual teacher, and divine spokesperson all in one day. After becoming a full-time Chinese chess diviner at thirty, I continued encountering and learning things, gradually reaching the path that followed. I did not understand everything when I first entered divination work; I kept learning and understanding through actual practice.

Recalling that career change at thirty, I was certainly not without fear. Having been a business owner, changing direction meant building income again, and I worried whether the choice was right and whether I could make it work. I still began with what I could do, gradually committed to divination work, and eventually established the group. Seeing a turning point now is a retrospective understanding of that process, not something I knew at the time would definitely go smoothly.
