A note before reading

This library is based on Master Shengyuan’s personal experiences and reflections on spiritual practice. They may not apply to everyone’s circumstances. It is important to distinguish everyday life from spiritual practice, and science from metaphysical beliefs. Use your own judgment and read with care. If you have questions, you are welcome to discuss them.

Because learning still needs continued practice and actual use. When discussing spiritual awakening at Sheng Zhen Men, I often remind people that one experience does not remove future work. If what you learn remains unused, spiritual energy may still gradually fade over time.

Sharing her singing-bowl learning, Miao Nian said that after classes she still needed ongoing practice, completing her work and then allowing fellow practitioners to experience it. Only doing it showed how much she understood and could achieve. These were her insights from learning and practical training.

If you feel your spiritual energy has grown, ask what you intend to do with the learning. If you want to help, how will you do so? I hope learning and action stay connected and enter life, beyond remembering a special experience you once had.
