This library is based on Master Shengyuan’s personal experiences and reflections on spiritual practice. They may not apply to everyone’s circumstances. Discussing full-moon emotions, I used lunar gravity and ocean tides to explain my understanding: because the body contains water and blood, the moon might affect it, making low moods or fluctuations easier. This was the explanation I shared then, not a way to diagnose someone's physical or mental condition or a claim that everyone becomes depressed at full moon.

We also discussed Western werewolf legends and whether ghosts fear moonlight. In my understanding, reflected sunlight lacks the daytime sun's heat, and the nighttime setting remains different. Films and legends cannot establish that unseen beings necessarily fear the full moon.

These were thoughts from faith and energy perspectives at the time. The full moon alone cannot determine why you feel low or how to care for body and mind.
